Please include

  • Your name, organization, and a reliable way to contact you.
  • Evidence that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  • A brief explanation of the rights concerned and why the material should be removed.
  • A good-faith statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

Review process

  1. We review complete notices and may request clarification when necessary.
  2. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to or remove the reported material while the matter is reviewed.
  3. We may notify the relevant contributor or service provider when a response is needed.
