How to file a takedown notice
Send a written notice to contact@z-pdf.com with the subject line "DMCA / Copyright Notice" including the following:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on Z-PDF where the material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, typically within a few business days. We may also notify the party who submitted the content, where relevant.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict accounts associated with repeated infringement.
